To load the your certificate you will need the SecureTrust root file. You can download it below:

Copy the certificates to your Website Pro server. Also, take the .cer file from the ZIP file that was emailed to you from VikingCloud when your certificate was issued. The .cer file contains your actual VikingCloud Digital certificate for your server.
In the Website Server Properties menu, click the Key Ring tab and then click Add Trusted Root. Choose the SecureTrust Root certificate file (stca.crt) on this step and finish the wizard.
Click Add Key Pair & Cert and choose your VikingCloud Digital Server certificate (the one that ends in .cer).
